| Our sales associates along with our team of master goldsmiths are able to provide excellent repair work on new or used jewellery. However, as we do not appraise your jewellery upon receipt, we cannot guarantee its quality nor authenticity. In the rare event that any damage occurs to items being repaired, we will only reimburse a customer to a maximum of five (5) times the estimated repair charge. As a result, customers should have their jewellery insured prior to being repaired. |
