For all in-store purchases, if you are not satisfied with the item, you can exchange the product or return it for store credit at any one of our Ann-Louise locations within 14 days from the date of purchase. All products must be presented in the original condition with original sales or gift receipt.

Return policies are not applicable on custom made items, special orders, engraved pieces, or pieces not in their original condition (e.g. Rings that have been sized or chains that have been shortened).
